very nice unrestored 100% original Alabama license plate.  2012 base, atomic veteran issue.  12 x 6 inches; blue legend on reflective graphic background.  completely straight and flat with excellent original paint.  fresh out of the barn!  not many of this type left in circulation.  might be the only survivor with the wheelchair emblem (disabled parking permitted) - it's the reference example on the ALPCA archives.  atomic veterans (formerly "atomic nuked veterans") were recognized for participating in nuclear testing, and thus receiving large amounts of radiation, between 1945 and 1962.
