antminer s9 with2 newly refurbished hashboards updated BRAIINS OS +power supply

Description

antminer s9 with2 newly refurbished hashboards updated BRAIINS OS +power supply. Condition is "Used and as is".  I replaced two of the which was refurbished. The miner still has 1 hashboard that's only reporting half of the chips but the card still works and hashes but at half the rate. The miner is rated for 14th but does around 11-12th with the on hashboard reporting half the chips. It maybe a simple fix but I don't know how to. The miner is also really clean and has newer cooling fans. I'm also selling with it one of the bad hashboards included free so if you know how to fix them or know someone that does this will be a good deal for you. Power supply included but no power cable because I use special ends in my mining rig setups.  No returns excepted.
