You are bidding on a Beam Homogenizer for use with UV Lasers operating at 248nm(Excimer).
This homogenizer ensures on target energy distribution of +/-5%.  The original acquisition cost was ,500(I have the original invoice I can email upon request).  This was used in a micro-machining system originally manufactured by Resonetics.  Please inquire for more details or if you need anything further.
