The handheld, battery-operated homogenizer is lightweight and can handle a large quantity of samples for routine applications. Microtubes and pestles are made from animal and phthalate/phthalate-ester free polypropylene that is lot traceable and certified DNAse, RNAse, and pyrogen free. Tubes feature a snap-cap design that can be pierced and are frosted for easy labelling. Tube bottoms are also 25% thicker than traditional micro tubes to maintain integrity during homogenization. Pestles are ribbed to provide a good grip during assembly and allow air to escape while mixing. Tubes and pestles are available as individually wrapped, bulk packed, or paired in tube/pestle sets. POLICY
All our items for sale are protected under 30 days return policy under the following conditions:
(1) Refunds and exchanges may ONLY be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
(2) DEFECTIVE: Any item that comes "dead on Arrival" (DOA) or shows any manufacturer defects within 30 days will be replaced with a new unit. If a refund instead of a replacement is desired, a restocking fee will be applied.
(3) CUSTOMER REMORSE: Any item that is returned non-defective in new condition will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%. Even when a free shipping is offered, we still need to pay for shipping, and in case of returns original shipping & handling charges paid by us will be deducted.
(4) Once you have contacted us, the item must be returned within 7 days and must include all accessories in new condition original packaging without any damages or scratches.
