Expired Personalized Stars Fell On Alabama Vanity License Plate

This plate is in used condition and has a warp that occurred during manufacturing. The year sticker was removed and scratched the spot pretty bad. The year sticker was blue so that would make it 2007. Please look at the pictures closely. I do combine shipping when possible.
