This is a OEM carb kit for newer style 2 cycle Walbro carburetors with a primer bulb that is included in the kit . PN01701010
We state No Returns as a broad policy statement.  Insurance is put on all electronic items (and some others) shipped, so if there is damage in shipping the money will be refunded by the carrier; if you pull it out of the box and it doesn't work I would ask that you contact the manufacturer for warranty info prior to contacting me - if they will not cover it then a return/refund will be on a case by case basis.
We have had people buy things, use it for the reason they needed it (party, one time use etc.) then return it because "it wasn't what I expected", "it is not what I need", etc....  and we ended up with a product that was now obviously used and sometimes destroyed.  Since we are a small family run business, we can't absorb those type of loses without it seriously effecting our bottom line.  When people do that to the big-box marts it is bad, but it is a drop in the bucket for them.
Sorry for the novel, I just wanted to fully explain our rationale for our new No Returns listing policy.
