    Most of our items are donated or purchased for resell at local thrift stores. Some are purchased wholesale in large lots.
    All of our items are cleaned and disinfected prior to shipping unless the type of product prevents it.
    Our items are packed and shipped within 1 business day
    Books and CDs are shipped Media Mail (2-9 day arrival time). If the weight allows it, we may be able to upgrade to first class for quicker delivery
    Most items under 13 oz ship USPS First Class with Tracking. The only exception is sports/collector cards which may be shipped with USPS First Class stamps unless their value is high.
    Most items over 1 lb are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Larger items may be shipped by FedEx Smart Post or UPS Ground.
    We sometimes use recycled items to ship certain purchases, but your item will be packed well and arrive in great condition.
